The cleared portion, approximately 3 hectares, was formerly pastureland. The huge tiled shower with a luxurious rain shower head is located just outside of the bathroom and is open to the jungle, keeping the steam outside and the stars in plain view.

The kitchen is large and functional and includes a chest freezer, an inverter fridge/freezer, 6 burner range/oven, double stainless steel sinks/drainboards, stainless steel, and polished porcelain work surfaces. A large window above the sink with fold-away screens and a pass-through bar allows for easy entertaining.
