Sept. 16, 2022 (KANSAS CITY, Mo.) – United Country Real Estate has appointed 38-year auction industry veteran Jimmie Dean Coffey to the role of Vice President for United Country's Auction Services Division.
Jimmie Dean is transitioning from his former position as
Director of Business Development of UCRE | Auction Services, but he will
continue to help oversee the growth and development of auction services within
the affiliated franchise offices.
In his new role, Jimmie Dean will assist with
planning, training and implementation of the auction program for the group.
Over the past 10 years, Jimmie Dean has successfully helped hundreds of UCRE
brokers, agents and auctioneers in the field through mentoring and coaching
affiliated offices, which has helped grow UCRE into the largest organization of
real estate and auction professionals in the United States. Recognized as a
leader in the auction technology and marketing industry, Jimmie Dean has
assisted in developing dynamic auction office websites, integrating a leading
online auction platform, enhancing auction marketing services and facilitating
auction support and training events.

Board of Directors at the National Auctioneers Association, is an award-winning
Champion Auctioneer, an instructor for the Certified Auctioneers Institute at
Indiana University and is a recognized real estate and asset auctioneer and
trainer. His auction sales experience is in fields such as real estate,
equipment, personal assets, livestock and numerous charities across the
