A beautifully manicured spacious lawn and the beach make this place suitable for hosting large events like weddings, birthdays, etc. The area behind the building would allow for additional cabins to be build if increasing rental income is desired. There is sufficient space to add on to the current restaurant space if needed. 

All permits and licenses to operate the lodge and the restaurant/bar are in order. Permit to serve food and beverages on the beach.
